The lands of Bosnia after leaving The Geography of Ottoman Empire, have been encountered with economical crisis, wars and genocide committed by Western and Imperialist Powers. Especially Serbians and Croatians carried out the inhuman crimes such as Srebrenica ,Visegrad and Zepa Genocides. Within this hard period, The Heirloom of Ottoman Empire ‘’Bosnia and Bosnian Muslims’’ obtained to the sytem of federation together with Dayton Agreement with the partipicition of the goverments of Croatia and Serbia.
As mentioned in the following map, The state of Bosnia and Herzegovina consists of two entities and one condominium. The two administrative divisions are The Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republika Srpska. Bosnia is also divided into 10 cantons. The Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is further subdivided into 79 municipalities and the Republika Srpska is further subdivided into 64 municipalities.
Brcko district located in the northeastern part of Bosnia, is a self-governing administrative unit under the sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina which is formally held in a condominium between the two entities. it is part of both the Federation and Republika Srpska. The district remains under international supervision. At the same time Brocko is De Facto in the law of nations.
The Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina was a state in Southeastern Europea(SEE) known as geographical subregion in Europea. Primarily this region is consisting Balkans such as entirely Albania, Bosnia,Bugaria,Kosovo,Macedonia,Montenegro; also partially Croatia, Greece, Italy, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey within the Balkan Peninsula
Although Bosnia is formally recognized as ‘’A State’’, at the same time that is legally a part of state eventually Bosnia Federation is not unitary state like ‘’Republika Srpska’’ which is a part of The State of Bosnia Herzegovina
We Muslims and Turks should take actions based on the followings strategies for fully independent of Bosnia, also would you like to specify that the members of Intelligence-Security Agency of BİH and International Strategists should carefully read and investigate the important points to be able to organise the unitary state in Bosnia Lands.
The Target Plans for Strategy
The green region highlighted on the border between Croatia and Serbia is micro-nation called as ‘’Liberland’’ in the following map. This nation in here should focus to be micro-state like Monaco and Vatikan which are the member of United Nations.
In order to create an independent state, respectively micro-nation,de facto state, micro-state, sovereign/unitary state should be established by the nations therefore the borders(political boundaries) can be reviewed again according to political developments and bilateral relations. Bosnia is still a part of Ottoman Empire, maybe not legally at now but Turks and Bosnians eternally interconnection by means of the langsyne and the heart.
Firstly please especially consider the yellow areas highlighted in this map including the borders. The green area mentioned as ‘’Liberland ‘’ is Micro-nation.
Republik Srpska mentioned in Federation Map above and Senior Serb Staff newly want to constitute their own army against to territorial integrity of Bosnia. Because of this dangerous crisis, to retaliate and apply the methods of unconventional warfare are a strategic necessity.
Bosnian Muslims should take necessary military and intelligence actions and develop the strategy in order to threaten the territorial integrity of Croatia and Serbia. The muslims must be ready for full independence.
Against to the threats of Milarod Dodik and Serbs and Croats, Full Independence of Liberland must be supported with the tactics of irregular war also commercial and political relations between Goverments of Serbia and Croatia must be reviewed and planned as per current conditions.
For the state formation of yellow and green(Gornja Siga) areas in the map, these important strategic regions should be followed a plan from micro-nation to De Facto state; from De Facto State to Micro-State and in this plan,a strategy should be applied like Sultan Abdulhamid II based on the ethnical and sectarian factors concerning with demographic structure of countries. The retaliation against to the territorial integrity of Bosnia is one of the best ideas.
Also we would like to enounce that Bosnia is not only singly creating strategy, at the same time for the unification of north and south lands of country (between Komerna and Brejitsa) Croatia implements the strategy with the help of Peljesac Bridge so this bridge project blocks Bosnia’s exit from Adriatic Sea to Open Seas.
The coastline of Bosnia is 20 km also the country borders and territorial integrity include the islands of Mali Skolj and Veliki Skolj. First President Aliya İzzetbegovic made an effort to be able to include Neum within boundaries during the period of Dayton Agreement. Neum is not only resort town especially has geopolitic and geostratejic importance as a place located on Adriatic Sea.
As mentioned in the following map, this bridge located between Croatia mainland and Peljesac Peninsula threats the national security of Bosnia also commercial relations, sea transportation and military actions therefore this smart strategy of Croatia is so clear for all of us.
Based on peninsula, islands,mainland, sea geography and the borders of country highlighted with red color on the following map, we will create three strategies against Serbia and Croatia.
First Strategy
In the map below, especially this region between ‘’Zaton and Mlini’’ highlighted with red arrow mark is contiguous to the lands of Bosnia. To establish micro-state from micro-nation in this part of Croatia is very important to be able to exit to open seas in terms of strategy and intelligence. The micro-state to be established by help of paramilitary aspect of irregular warfare such as military and economical factors and cyber operations can be integrated to the boundary of Bosnia. The integration is unofficial but this strategy has intelligence significance.
This strategy should be ‘’Doctrine’’ in the near future. In case that ‘’The Open Seas ‘’ Plan of Bosnia insistently provide, Naval Forces can be established and the commercial and military relations can be more efficient in international area.
We would like to specify that Bosnia should have non-island coastline in front of the mainland. If there are islands in front of the mainland, the plan of ‘’Open Seas’’(Exit to Adriatic) is close otherwise ‘’Open for Exit’’
Thanks to this plan and deep strategy, Turkish Military Base can be founded on Adriatic Sea against enemy actions and imperial powers.
Second Strategy
As you know, First President of Bosnia ‘’Aliya İzzetbegoviç’’ have gotten Klek Peninsula and its islands together with Neum during the period of Dayton Agreement. Due to this successfull movement, have been reached to Sea.

The islands ‘’Mali Skolj and Veliki Skolj’’ located in front of Klek Peninsula has geostrategic and geopolitic importance because a small naval base or army base can be established for state security (By Turkish Naval/Land Forces) and can be checked military actions of enemy and a part of Croatia from Sea Station and Military Observation Point.
Third Strategy
In the following map, entity borders have been seperated. Referring to the boundaries of Montenegro where has a long coast line on Adriatic Sea, to create a ‘’Canal Project’’ from the land borders of Montenegro to the borders of Federation of Bosnia –Herzegovina means that the geography of Adriatic sea is artificially integrated with entities’ borders for sea corridor.
Although Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina has a coastline to Adriatic Sea by means of ‘’Neum’’ at the current situation, The Plan of ‘’Exit to Open Seas’’ is closed because of Peljesac Bridge and the structure of sea and mainland geography such as island and peninsula.
While the mainland and sea geography is integrating by the canal project, this strategic factor has advantage and disadvantage at the same time Republika Srpska where is one of entities in the State will be reached to Adriatic Sea.(This situation will be disadvantage for us but can be checked under Turkish Goverment and International Supervision)
Provided that Joint Venture Company between Bosnia, Montenegro and Republika Srpska is established for this project, the bilateral relations on Adriatic Sea would be developed in terms of commercial, financial and military policies.
The canal project to be constructed from the adjacents regions of Lustica Peninsula located in Montenegro to Federation borders as mentioned in the following map, is very important for the development of geostrategical and geopolitical of Bosnia’s mainland.
Turkish Land and Naval Forces can support and protect Bosnian Muslims by the help of this canal under international supervision also we would like to explain that the ethcnical and secretarian groups of ‘’Grab Region’’ located in Republika Srpska should be seperated and supported by paramilitary personnel after than this support will be a strategic step/goal in order to establish from micro-nation to a micro state in here. With this strategic idea , Bosnia will be become neighbours to Montenegro like ’’Lachin Corridor’’ in Azerbaijan. This micro-state to be located and established in Republika Srpska’s mainland should integrate the canal and land corridor eachother.
*Consequently all strategies and target plans must be made ‘’Doctrine’’ by Turks and Bosnian Muslims. If we create the plans and strategic targets such as Jewish Strategists Bernard Lewis and Bernard Henry Levy, Oded Yinon and David Ben Gurion Plans and Mossad’s intelligence operational actions, will be stronger and more active against to European Imperialist Powers and USA
In near future we muslims will certainly realise the ideas of İslamic Unity of Aliya İzzetbegoviç and Unity of Turkish World(Turan) of Ebulfez Elçibey.
